Responsibilities
1 )  
Responsible for overall activities and functions of production planning, packing, warehouse inventory and shipment.
2 )  
Conduct capacity analysis to ensure efficient and effective operations.
3 )  
Manages processes between daily scheduling and weekly production planning for better monitoring and improvement.
4 )  
Interface between Marketing, Production, Shipping / Purchasing and QA to provide accurate lead time for customer and workable production schedule.
5 )  
Monitor Production cost efficiency by increasing monthly produced, packed and shipped.
6 )  
Manage the loading operation and to ensure standardize 'Container Loading Layout' for export shipment.
7 )  
Formulates and implement Best Practice to control WIP / Stocks / Packaging materials and to ensure accurate documentation of warehouse movements and ensure periodic stock counts are conducted, and also maintain good recording in SAP system.
8 )  
Recruitment of new employees and provide training to all the staff and workers.
9 )  
Responsible for manpower planning, utilization, control and training.
10 )  
Manage and lead Packing & Warehouse Department and make sure that these departments are running smoothly. Guide, motivate, train and coach subordinates to improve their performance. To promote, good employee relations and enhance employee morale. Implement job performance appraisal system to evaluate workers and executives for rewards and recognition and re-training purposes.
11 )  
Handle customer complaint and coordinate resolutions with internal departments.
12 )  
Practice good housekeeping concept and ensure cleanliness in the packing room, warehouse and storage area. Safety and Health measures in the department must be enforced at all time.
13 )  
Identifying operational issues, problems and opportunities.
14 )  
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
 
Requirements
1 )  
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business Management and Logistic or equivalent from reputable universities.
2 )  
Good command of English (spoken and written).
3 )  
CGPA should be 3.00 and above.
4 )  
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance particularly in manufacturing sector.
5 )  
Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
6 )  
Able to motivate and lead team to produce accurate and consistent results with continual improvements and innovations.
