1 )  
Ensure incoming raw materials are controlled before release to related Department.
2 )  
Ensure all WIPs are inspected before release to packing Department.
3 )  
Verify finished goods meet customer requirement and / or international standard through pre-shipment inspection before ship out / release to the customers.
4 )  
Ensure problem detected through QA Inspection are informed to Production Supervisor / Chemist / Manager from time to time.
5 )  
Check on the QA data analysis and update the management.
6 )  
Provide adequate training to the QA Executive, Chemist, Supervisor, Leader and Inspector.
7 )  
Support the validation team in performing validation study.
8 )  
Arrange the internal quality audit and management review.
9 )  
Ensure the new suppliers and new chemical or raw materials are evaluated.
10 )  
Lead Document Center in maintaining and controlling QMS Documentation.
11 )  
Over see Calibration Section to ensure the smooth running of calibration activities.
12 )  
Perform manpower planning, recruitment and training for the QA Department to be in line with company policies and objectives.
13 )  
Manage and lead QA Department and make sure that these departments are running smoothly. Guide, motivate, train and coach subordinates to improve their performance. To promote, good employee relations and enhance employee morale. Implement job performance appraisal system to evaluate workers and executives for rewards and recognition and re-training purposes.
14 )  
Liaison with marketing on product quality issue and product complaint if required.
15 )  
Acts as the Quality Management Representative or Deputy Quality Management Representative of the company.
16 )  
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
1 )  
Candidate must possess at least Master or Degree in Science, Quality Management or equivalent from reputable universities.
2 )  
CGPA should be 3.00 and above.
3 )  
At least 5 years working experience in glove, medical or other relevant industries
4 )  
Would be an added advantage to have worked in ISO 9001 environment.
5 )  
Good command of English (spoken and written).
6 )  
Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
7 )  
Ability to analyze and translate regulatory & customer requirements into quality management system towards meeting and exceeding those requirements.
8 )  
Able to motivate and lead team to produce accurate and consistent results with continual improvements and innovations.
