GENERAL MANAGER / MANAGERS

Responsibilities
1 )  
Gather market intelligence information relating to competition, pricing, product offerings and market share.
2 )  
Identify, develop and secure new strategic regional sales opportunities.
3 )  
Establish pricing strategy and monitor effectiveness of marketing programs to ensure company competitiveness in the market place.
4 )  
Provide detail market & sale plan for proposal of new plant including information of market potential, application requirement, product spec, competitors product information and internal rate of return.
5 )  
Manage and motivate marketing team in customer acquisition and development programs.
6 )  
Coordinate with administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure timely orders and smooth function of action in the system.
7 )  
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
 
Requirements
1 )  
Candidate must possess Degree or Master in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent from reputable universities.
2 )  
Minimum 10 years of related working experience.
3 )  
Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation, Excel and Outlook.
4 )  
A committed team player who is resourceful, dynamic and possesses good market intelligence.
5 )  
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with the team and customers.
6 )  
Good command of English (spoken and written), foreign language (optional) will be an added advantage.
