1 )  
Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions which include manpower planning & sourcing, training & development, talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and other HR related support services.
2 )  
Manage the entire recruiting cycle from the time the requisition is received to the time the candidate is on-boarded.
3 )  
Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices.
4 )  
Manage and develop recruitments channels such as company website, job boards, headhunting and others.
5 )  
Responsible for the review, development and implementation of systems, procedures and processes to improve the operational efficiency of the department.
6 )  
Responsible in the implementation and execution of the HR strategies, policies and practices.
7 )  
Handle staffing issues either by counseling or implementing disciplinary action, termination and other employee related matters in compliance with labour law.
8 )  
Responsible in all matters related to foreign workers such as permit and passport renewal etc.
9 )  
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
1 )  
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource Management/Development, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent from reputable universities.
2 )  
Minimum 5 to 10 years of related working experience.
3 )  
Well versed in Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour Act.
4 )  
Strong analytical skill, self-motivated and able to motivate others.
5 )  
Good organizing skill and able to interact with all level of people.
6 )  
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
