MERGER & ACQUISITION GENERAL MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER / MANAGER

Responsibilities
1 )  
Responsible for identifying, evaluating and securing merger and acquisition deals, managing and investing large monetary funds and buying and selling financial products.
2 )  
Preparation of valuation and forecasts related to proposed business development projects and existing projects.
3 )  
Understand and map business needs to project undertaken through company research, business analysis and valuations.
4 )  
Assist in the development and refinement of strategic partnership value proposition as well as to support the expansion of such undertakings.
5 )  
Advise on the transaction process and tactics, in particular interfacing with the potential targets, its shareholders or advisors and assist the business leaders in preparing negotiation documents required to progress a transaction towards completion.
6 )  
Assist negotiations and related strategy on sale and purchase required and validate the acquisition contracts, representations and warranties.
7 )  
Coordinate and assist with due diligence reviews of merger and acquisition projects.
8 )  
Prepare and manage the confidentiality agreements and gather preliminary data such as audited account, shareholding and leadership details.
9 )  
Evaluate the competitive landscape by preparing competitors' benchmarking analysis and earnings evaluation.
10 )  
Responsible for special projects as assigned which may include on-line database searching, M&A scenario analysis, competitor intelligence gathering, capital budgeting and etc.
11 )  
Perform other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by Superior or Management.
 
Requirements
1 )  
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree and preferably a member of any professional accounting body (ACCA / CIMA / CA / CPA / MIA).
2 )  
Minimum 6 - 10 years of related working experience in Financial Analytics matters.
3 )  
Exposure in M & A transactions of businesses, lands and properties.
4 )  
Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as critical and logical thinking skills.
5 )  
Good organizing skill and able to interact with all levels of Management team.
6 )  
Good personality with strong articulation in presentation and interaction.
7 )  
Understand complexity of valuation technique, related accounting concepts and financial theory.
8 )  
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa.
9 )  
Able to converse in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
