PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CHAIRMAN / MANAGER

Responsibilities
1 )  
Provide excellent personal assistance to the Chairman.
2 )  
Coordinate meetings, including preparation of meeting papers, obtaining and preparing briefing notes, and taking minutes when requested/when necessary.
3 )  
Represent the Management Team for both internal and external meetings and events.
4 )  
Follow up and coordinate with HOFs/HODs as requested by Chairman.
5 )  
Liaise with Government Authorities, Chamber of Commerce or other organizations/association.
6 )  
Assist in Company's official events and visits.
7 )  
Perform other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management.
 
Requirements
1 )  
Candidate must possess Degree or Master in Economics, Business/Administration/Management or equivalent from reputable universities.
2 )  
Minimum of three (3) years PA/secretarial experience.
3 )  
Preferably male candidate with age below 35 years old.
4 )  
Good command of English both spoken and written. Conversant in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
5 )  
Able to take work stress with positive mindset and good working attitude.
6 )  
Willing to travel/work on weekends or after work hours as requested by Chairman.
